Proposed amendments to the language in the Shreveport Airport Authority’s (SAA) Standard Ground Lease Agreement are posted for your review and comment. The proposed updates are marked throughout the lease for ease of review. These proposed changes will be available to all tenants who have previously signed the 2019 Standard Ground Lease through a lease addendum if the tenant chooses. 

The SAA will be accepting comments until September 13, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. in order to allow for a period of time to review any comments received. All comments should be directed to Stephen.price@shreveportla.gov.
